About the site
DivineLDR is a space for awakening consciousness, exploring inner light and gentle personal growth. Here you will find meditations, activations, techniques and writings that guide you into peace, love and clarity – simple and accessible to everyone.
About me
I’m Nina, an energy consultant and Master Teacher of the Holy Trinity Technique. I also work with Sacred Activations, Access Bars® and the MTVSS process. I have written the children’s book “Nick and His Invisible Friend”, which you can find in the Shop.
Completed trainings & techniques:
- Holy Trinity Technique – Master Teacher; harmonising mind, body and spirit and aligning with pure consciousness.
- Sacred Activations (Level 1, Master and Mastering the Masters Practitioner Training) – energetic activations for personal and collective transformation.
- Access Bars® – gentle touch points on the head for relaxation and opening new possibilities.
- MTVSS process (Access Consciousness) – a body process that supports and restores the body.

- Face as a circle – consciousness and presence.
- Hands as a lotus (mudra) – openness, receiving and transformation.
- Body as a heart – the centre of love.
- Legs as the infinity sign – eternity and life flow.
- Sun above all – the light that guides us.
A symbol of peace, connection and the spiritual path.
